Some products sold by Crophealth are covered by REGULATION (EU) 2019/1148 of 20 June 2019 on the marketing and use of explosives precursors. The aim of this legislation is to prevent the illegal manufacture of explosives. The products are listed in the legislation as a restricted explosives precursor, defined as "A chemical substance that can be used to make explosives by adding other substances." The law will apply from February 1, 2021.

In the attached list you will find the products covered by REGULATION (EU) 2019/1148 and supplied by LMI AB.

In accordance with the legislation, LMI AB is obliged to inform you that these products are covered by this legislation, as a restricted explosives precursor, and therefore must obtain a customer declaration related to your use of this product.

As noted in the customer declaration, the product may only be used for the purpose stated in the completed customer declaration and only sold or delivered to other customers if they make a corresponding customer declaration.

Private individuals must apply for an authorization from the MSB in order to purchase these products. The authorization number must be indicated in the customer declaration.

This must be received by us before delivery can take place.

The customer declaration will need to be renewed every new calendar year.

To manage the customer declaration, Crophealth uses a digital form that is signed with Bank ID.

The company representative must fill in the "Customer Declaration" and all persons who will be authorized to order products must fill in the "Customer Declaration Purchaser" if it is not the same person.
