Citric acid
FIELD OF APPLICATION
Citric acid may be used in organic production for cleaning and disinfection of buildings and installations intended for animal production (ref. (EC) No 889/2008 art 23.4, Annex VII).
Our citric acid is classified as a food additive and is used to prevent oxidation. It prevents fats from going rancid and fruit-based products from discoloring, and better preserves certain vitamins (A, D, E and B2).

Citric acid is an organic acid and an antioxidant. It is produced by fermentation of corn. Almost white crystals or dusty powder.
