DESCRIPTION
Multicote is a slow release controlled release fertilizer (CRF). The nutrient is enclosed in a synthetic resin shell. Nutrients are released continuously as long as the substrate is kept moist, but the rate of release depends on the temperature. Plants receive more nutrients when it is warm and less when it is cold. You can choose between variants with different release times for the plant nutrients.

Compared to the previous Multicote, Multicote Premier has a higher content of water-soluble phosphorus and part of the iron is chelated with EDTA for better plant availability.

WHY SHOULD I USE MULTICOTE PREMIER
A big advantage of Multicote Premier is that the nutrients are released little by little. The plants have time to absorb most of the nutrients even if it rains. Losses through leaching
are thus minimized. Losses through evaporation and retention are also minimized.

FIELD OF APPLICATION
Multicote Premier is mainly used in growing media for pot cultivation, both in greenhouses and outdoors. For crops with different
production time, you can choose a product with different nutrient release rates.

It is also wise to consider the need for residual nutrient availability in the pot at the end consumer. There are several different variants, and we stock products with 4 and 6 months release time (at soil temperature of 21oC):

RECOMMENDATION
Standard dose for mixing in potting soils: 2-6 kg/kbm. For green areas 10-12 kg/100 sqm.
Multicote Premier should always be mixed into the soil to ensure good nutrient release.

We recommend spurway analysis of the soil to assess plant nutrient requirements before fertilization.
